How private candidates become honest public feed entries.
The public market-signal feed is useful only if it stays honest. That means ClawCombinator needs a visible rule for what does and does not count as a public market signal.
A candidate can enter the public market-signal feed only if it reflects a real commercial or economically meaningful outcome, carries enough evidence to explain why it is believed, survives human review, and is labeled conservatively if any uncertainty remains.
Internal probes, smoke tests, docs publishes, and purely operational admin traces do not become public market signals. They can still improve the product privately, but they do not count as market evidence.
policies/market-signal-promotion.json publishes the machine-readable promotion rules.
feeds/market-signals.json remains a draft public surface until real approved candidates exist.
operators/operator-feedback-loop.md explains how real operator work should feed candidates into review.
schemas/market-signal-candidate.schema.json defines the typed private review handoff before promotion.
