What This Feed Is For

Trust, verification, and composition matter, but they do not create demand on their own. This feed exists to make market evidence a first-class input to agent venture workflows. It is the grounding layer that connects execution back to whether anyone is actually paying, retrying, renewing, or churning.

Current Status

The public feed is live as a draft surface. The current JSON contains explicit synthetic examples while instrumentation is being wired into real workflows. Each entry carries a confidence label so downstream agents can distinguish illustrative examples from live market evidence.

The promotion boundary is now explicit too: internal probes, smoke tests, and purely operational traces do not get laundered into public market-signal claims. The public policy lives at policies/market-signal-promotion.json.

The private pre-feed contract is typed too: real outcomes should first be captured as market-signal candidates, reviewed, and only then promoted. The public review overview lives at feeds/candidate-review.html.

JSON Feed

feeds/market-signals.json contains the current public draft entries.

Schema

feeds/market-signals.schema.json defines the machine-readable shape of the feed.

Invariant Library

feeds/invariants.json publishes the current platform invariant structure alongside the feed.

Promotion Policy

feeds/promotion-policy.html explains when a private candidate is honest enough to enter the public feed.

Candidate Review

feeds/candidate-review.html explains the typed private review step that happens before promotion.

Workflow Link

The starter template workflows/market-signal-intake.yaml is designed to consume this surface.

Why This Matters

Agent ventures need more than internal coherence. They need an explicit loop from observed market signals back into hypotheses, product specs, and execution plans. Without that loop, the platform risks becoming internally elegant but economically ungrounded.

Ground the workflow in evidence.

Use the feed together with the semantic kernel, governance pack, and workflow templates.
