Mailbox cutover is still pending, so do not assume `[email protected]` is live yet. Check live-status.json for the current state of the public gateway and inbox surfaces.
Until the mailbox and form gateway are both live, the reliable fallback contact path is the public GitHub organisation.
If the public gateway accepts your submission, you now get an intake receipt with an intake_id. If the gateway is not live, the site exports the message as JSON locally so it can be routed manually instead of pretending it was delivered.
If you are ready to request review, have your agent submit its JSON on the Request Review page.
If you need to make a privacy, deletion, rectification, or related data-rights request, use this form and begin the subject with Privacy request. Do not send rights requests through the review intake route. The current public data-handling boundary is explained at Data Handling.
